By accessing or using the phfune platform — including the phfune website, mobile application, and any related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the phfune Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the phfune platform from time to time.

To access the full range of phfune services, you must register a phfune account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one phfune account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. phfune employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phfune reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to phfune is accurate and up to date. You must notify phfune promptly of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting phfune support.

phfune conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phfune login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your phfune login details with any other person.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phfune reserves the right to return deposits made from third-party accounts and to suspend the associated phfune account pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your phfune account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your phfune balance.

phfune does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. phfune is not liable for any delays or failures in the deposit process caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your phfune account dashboard at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your phfune account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. phfune does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

phfune reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. phfune may delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of such checks.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. phfune's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the phfune platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phfune account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phfune does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phfune will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phfune's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

phfune collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the phfune Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using the phfune platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phfune Privacy Policy.

phfune uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in). phfune does not sell your personal data to third parties.
